Becoming a Sales Representative was a natural progression for Cathey as she's been involved in real estate for most of her working life. Cathey started working the front desk of a Real Estate Brokerage as a teenager, then became a hostess for a New home Builder and before selling she spent several years working in a Real Estate Brokerage Marketing Department. Cathey has now been a licensed Realtor for over 18 years working with her mom, Ronnie Mills as the Mills Team at Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd. Cathey is very involved with The Royal LePage Shelter Foundation as well as a volunteer for Halton Womens Place. For over 10 years she was a part of the garage sale for a cause in Oakville and was the chair for the event for 9 of those years where they raised over $100,000 for the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation and Halton Womens Place. As well Cathey has been on the Halton Womens Place gala committee for the last 15 years and has been chairing the event since 2015. Cathey’s compassion and understanding of stressful situations gives her an edge when it comes to buying or selling your home.
